OTAKU's Ben Velez curated and executive produced the first six mixes for the hugely-popular Soul Sessions cd series. Velez worked directly with artists like Prefuse 73, Hollertronix's Diplo and Low Budget, Waajeed, Cut/Copy, Benji B and Stretch Armstrong to develop the series' strong identity as a creative outlet for highly influential deejays and producers.
